Jade truly embodies the spirit of Flash Couriers, living and breathing the business she has been part of for over 23 years. Growing up within the company as the owner’s daughter, she carries a deep rooted understanding of our values, culture and commitment to exceptional service.
With a genuine passion for customer experience and brand development, Jade is driven by a strong desire to see Flash Couriers continue to grow.
Brooke & Ibrahim
Brooke brings a dynamic energy to her role as Interstate manager. Brooke has a deep-rooted understanding of the companies mission and a strong drive to ensure seamless interstate deliveries.
Some colleagues might find Brookes 3am gym routine a bit.... enthusiastic, but there is no denying her dedication to both physical and professional excellence.
Her husband Ibrahim teams up with Metin to allocate all of your couriers. He does not live a healthy lifestyle and loves a good meat pie in the morning.
Kaysha
Kaysha brings a unique blend of financial expertise and family legacy to her role as Financial Controller.
As a mother of five (yes five) she understands the importance of effficiency and is adept at managing multiple priorities.

Metin & Denice
Metin and Denice are childhood sweethearts turned successful business partners are the driving force behind Flash. Their love story and entrepreneurial spirit are woven into the very fabric of the company. Together they have three children and twelve grandchildren.
Metin with his keen eye for logistics oversees the allocation of local couriers ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries. Denice, the heart of the team nourishes not just the companies success but also our staff with her delicious culinary skills as the resident office chef
Tom
Tom pictured with his beautiful wife Mogi and two boys name TJ and Tengis.
Trent
Trent is our truck allocator and Metin and Denice's nephew. Trent is enthusiastic and often mistaken for a voice recorded message.
His wife Jordi and Trent have a beautiful girl named Hallie Jade, named after Jade in our office and Rome.
Aaron
Aaron, Trents older brother by 20 minutes looks after all of your interstate bookings and bookings made via the phone.
Aaron recently got engaged to the love his life, Karen. Pictured is their 'fur baby' Snoop. Yes I am being serious, they call themselves parents to snoop. They have also recently purchased another dog as Snoop was lonely during the day, named Charlie.

Matia
Matia is our matcha making pocket rocket. She supports day to day flow of operations and ensuring everything runs smoothy. From assisting coordinate jobs, she brings organisation, efficiently and a fun prescence to our office.
As we continue to grow, Matia plays an important role in maintaining our level of service and care our clients expect from us

Lily
Lily is one of the newest members of our team and plays an important rule in managing our phone bookings.
Alongside this, Lily supports our interstate operations, helping maintain the seamless service you rely on.
We are proud to have her on board as we continue to expand.
Taylah
Taylah has recently joined our team and is already a huge support in our daily operations. She manages informing phone bookings, ensuring every client call is handled efficiently
She also assists with our interstate coordination, helping keep jobs organised and running smoothly.
We are excited to have Taylah as part of the Flash Family
Mia
Mia is the newest member to the Flash Family. She has been apart of our extended family for years working as Jades nanny before her naughty sister Brooke tried to steal her. Thankfully, we've now brought her into the office as a customer service representative.
Her caring nature and incredible organisation skills make her perfect for client communication. She handles phone bookings and customer enquires with warmth and professionalism. We are very lucky to have her.
Zaney
Zaney, is Brooke and Ibrahims second child. He was our firecracker, wild child who lightened a room just by entering it. Zaney was always full of questions and the most loving boy you could meet.
In October 2017, Zane was hit by a car, ending his life.
Through organ donation Zane went on to save five peoples lives, turning him into the superhero he had always looked up to
Brooke and Ibrahim were so impressed with Westmead Childrens Hospital they organised a GoFundMe and raised over $90,000. They also filmed a heartwarming story with 60 minutes about organ donation
