Jade
Jade truly embodies the spirit of Flash Couriers, living and breathing the business she has been part of for over 24 years. Growing up within the company as the owner’s daughter, she carries a deep rooted understanding of our values, culture and commitment to exceptional service (and being bossiest).
With a genuine passion for customer experience and brand development, Jade is driven by a strong desire to see Flash Couriers continue to grow.
Brooke
We have switched things up in the Flash office and Brooke is now our head of accounts.
Brooke has a deep-rooted understanding of the companies mission and a strong drive to ensure your experience with Flash is always one to be remembered.
Some colleagues might find Brookes 3am gym routine a bit enthusiastic, but there is no denying her dedication to both physical and professional excellence. Brooke absolutely knows how to get things done - procrastination fears her.
Metin & Denice
Metin and Denice are childhood sweethearts turned successful business partners who are the driving force behind Flash. Their love story and entrepreneurial spirit are woven into the very fabric of the company. Together they have three children and twelve grandchildren.
Metin with his keen eye for logistics oversees the allocation of local couriers ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries. Denice, the heart of the team nourishes not just the companies success but also our staff with her delicious culinary skills as the resident office chef.
Tom
Tom started off as a FLASH driver. After being “Driver of the year” for 7 years in a row, he finally was promoted and now works assisting with allocations and logistics in the flash office. Tom has an answer for everything, his dedication to what he does extends beyond just work as he is a father to two beautiful boys TJ and Tengis.
Aaron
Aaron, Metin and Denice’s nephew, works in the Allocation and Logistics team, keeping the day-to-day chaos at Flash under control. The girls have affectionately dubbed him the “mum” of the office - if there’s a question, a problem, or literally anything that needs sorting, you’ll usually hear “Aaron!” being called across the office as if they were calling for their mum.
Pictured is Aaron with his fiance, Karen and their 'fur baby' Snoop. Yes I am being serious, they call themselves parents to snoop. They have also recently purchased another dog as Snoop was lonely during the day, named Charlie. (He isn't loved enough for a photo yet.)
Matia
Matia is our matcha making pocket rocket. She supports the day to day flow of operations and ensures everything runs smoothly.
From assisting coordinate jobs, she brings organisation, efficiently and a fun presence to our office.
As we continue to grow, Matia plays an important role in maintaining our level of service in the interstate department. Alongside this, she is also at University studying primary school teaching!
Lily
Lily supports Brooke in Day to day management of accounts, as well as helping the girls with customer service and interstate operations.
We are so happy to have her on the team as we continue to expand.
Taylah
Taylah joined our team this year, and is already a huge support in our daily operations. She manages informing phone bookings, ensuring every client call is handled efficiently.
She also assists with our interstate coordination, helping keep jobs organised and running smoothly. We Love our Tay Tay!
Mia
Mia joined the Flash family this year, but she’s been part of the Zane family for much longer! She started out as Jade’s nanny for a few years, before her sister Brooke stole her to nanny her kids instead. After making her way through the Zane family, she finally found herself at Flash!
Now, Mia works in the Flash office, helping with client relations and interstate and international operations. If you call the office and Mia answers, don’t expect to get off the phone too quickly - she loves a chat and will probably know your life story by the end of it!
Zaney
Zaney, is Brooke and Ibrahims second child. He was our firecracker, wild child who lightened a room just by entering it. Zaney was always full of questions and the most loving boy you could meet.
In October 2017, Zane was hit by a car, ending his life.
Through organ donation Zane went on to save five peoples lives, turning him into the superhero he had always looked up to
Brooke and Ibrahim were so impressed with Westmead Childrens Hospital they organised a GoFundMe and raised over $90,000. They also filmed a heartwarming story with 60 minutes about organ donation
